Ingredients
- 3⁄4 lb lean ground beef
- 1⁄2 cup of chopped onion
- 1⁄4 cup of chopped green pepper
- 1⁄4 cup of chopped green onions
- 1 (1 ounce) can tomato jar
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
- 3 cups cooked elbow macaroni (1 cup uncooked)
Procedures
- While cooking the lean ground beef, you can seasoning the meat with black pepper and optional onion powder.
- Drained, and crumbled the lean ground beef.
- Cut up the onion, green pepper, and green onions while the pasta is boiling.
- Mix above the ingredients and simmer 15 minutes to blend flavors.
